Para-dox Plus is our fully bespoke Paraplanning solution, which means we work in accordance with your internal preferences and requirements. This can cover, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Mirroring internal processes, such as completing research and file submissions etc.
- Initial advice consultation and discussion.
- Mirroring internal Suitability Report approaches to maintain consistent output with internal resource.
- Receiving and completing work using internal systems, if desired.
- Proactively liaising directly with internal departments, such as Administration and Compliance.
- Completing other internal documents in addition to the Suitability Report.
Additional features of this service:
- You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager and Paraplanner (or Paraplanners subject to your requirements and workloads) to meet your needs consistently.
- Access to reserve capacity across our team to cater for busier periods. This allows us to expand and contract our support to you in accordance with varying workflows.
- Fast-tracked cases that can be prioritised over our ‘Flex’ service cases during particularly busier periods.

Para-dox Flex is effectively Paraplanning done our way and, importantly, still provides a bespoke suitability report for your client, but with the following key differences:
- Suitability reports are completed using our own internal templates, which have been reviewed by a high qualified independent compliance consultant. These reports would be adapted in accordance with your desired branding and colouring.
- Information required to complete these cases is submitted using our internal processes, which has been designed using our suite of unique administration documents. These offer a simple, structured approach.
- Case files are shared securely using Microsoft SharePoint. We will not share or receive documents using your internal systems or other less-secure methods.
Our Para-dox Flex service is delivered using very competitive fixed prices, tailored specifically to each report type, starting from £60 onwards for annual review letters and £100 onwards for pension and investment planning letters.
This service offers complete flexibility; no minimum levels of business or retainers apply, and you only pay for what you use.
